Ballyvaughan, County Clare, is a village on the southern shore of Galway Bay, on the west coast of Ireland. It is the northernmost part of the Munster province, and is hence considered to be part of the South of Ireland.

Ballyvaughan is in easy driving distance of Shannon, Galway and even Dublin - but then again, every spot in Ireland is... It is a small country after all.

The driving TIME on the other hand depends on your driving skills and personal courage...
Just a little tip: Whenever there is a heap of cars piling up behind you - just pull in somewhere safe and let them pass... It will save you a lot of nerves!
